Meet Jenese nieves, your orlando travel agent

Hi, I’m Jenese!

Central Florida’s Go-To Travel Agent for Ocean & River Cruises, Group Vacations & All-Inclusives.

My love for travel began when I was a teenager on my very first cruise to the Bahamas with my family. That trip sparked a lifelong passion for cruising and exploring new destinations. Since then, I’ve sailed on 35 incredible cruises with all the top lines like Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Disney, Virgin Voyages, Celebrity, and Norwegian. Along the way, I’ve explored over 25 countries like Japan, Netherlands, Italy, Greece, and Germany and most of the beautiful islands in the Caribbean. Whether it’s a relaxing escape or an adventure-filled journey, I love helping others experience the magic of travel firsthand.

For many years, I dreamed of starting my own travel business. After the heartbreaking loss of my long-time boyfriend, I realized that life is too short to put off the things we truly love. In August 2022, I took the leap and started Grey Travel, though I kept it quiet at first. Now, as a single mom (by choice) to a rambunctious 4.5 year-old boy who shares my passion for travel, I know the importance of creating stress-free, family-friendly vacations. More on my journey HERE.

That experience is exactly why our tagline is ‘Where Travel is Our Therapy’ because I’ve lived it. Travel heals, restores, and reminds you what life is really about. And I’ve made it my mission to give that to every single client.

I’m here to help you make memories that last a lifetime, whether you’re looking for a quiet healing trip, a perfect cruise, a family getaway, or an exotic escape.
