What do you charge?

Grey Travel Agency offers personalized travel planning tailored to your trip. To support this service, certain professional fees may apply depending on the type and complexity of your travel. At this time:

Fee Structure:

  • Initial Consultation: Complimentary (15 minutes)
  • Ocean & River Cruises: Complimentary
  • Pre & Post Cruise arrangements: Starting at $100, depending on trip complexity
  • All-Inclusives: Complimentary
  • Tailor-Made Journeys: Starting at $100, depending on trip complexity
  • Change Fee: $50 per person, per major adjustment to a deposited travel package, in addition to possible supplier penalties
  • Trip Cancellation Fee: $50 per person after deposit, in addition to possible supplier penalties
  • Airfare-Only Booking: $100 per person

If a professional service fee is required for your trip, Grey Travel Agency will notify you in advance and send an invoice. Payment must be received before any planning, research, or bookings begin. These fees are separate from the cost of your trip unless otherwise noted.
